Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data
As GingerLive¹, the protection of your personal data we obtain while carrying out our processes is one of our top priorities. We attach great importance to ensuring the security of your personal data and its use/processing in accordance with the legislation.
This clarification text contains information on how we process your personal data in the capacity of data controller in the activities we carry out through our websites.

Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law regulate the legal grounds for processing personal data. Below are the purposes for which we process personal data and what legal grounds we rely on for such purposes:
For the following purposes, based on the legal reason that the processing of personal data is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract:

• Pre/post ad campaign consultancy service,
• Processing of campaign statistics during/after advertising campaign,
• Execution of the payment transactions made while creating the advertising balance,
• Execution of membership, registration, activation and user verification processes for our websites.
For the following purposes, based on the legal reason for fulfilling our legal obligations:

Within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes and processes, we process your identity, contact, campaign information, customer transaction information (for example, the requests you send to us, your appointment information), marketing information, transaction security information, legal transaction information and financial information in payment transactions.

We do not share your personal data with any third party company/institution/person.
4. In which methods and on what legal grounds do we collect your personal data

5. How to exercise your rights regarding your personal data
Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data regulates the rights of data subjects. You have the following rights under this clause:
• Learning whether your personal data is processed,
• If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in the country or abroad,
• Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring it to be processed cease to exist even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, and to notify the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Requesting the removal of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
