Age requirement
Individual users who wish to use the GingerLive advertising platform must be 18 years or older. Users who do not meet this requirement and want to use the platform will be identified, their accounts will be deactivated, and the remaining balance in their account will not refunded. There is no age restriction for corporate and agency accounts.
Your relationship with GingerLive
These terms help define the relationship between you and GingerLive. We allow you to use our services if you agree to abide by these terms, which reflect how GingerLive works and how it makes money. When we use the terms "GingerLive," "we," "us," and "our," we mean GingerLive Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş.
While we allow you to use our services, we reserve our intellectual property rights in the services.
Using GingerLive services on behalf of an organization or business
On our platform, individual, corporate (in his own name) and agency (on behalf of someone else) accounts can be opened. When using our services on behalf of an organization:
- An authorized representative of that organization must agree to these terms
- Your organization's administrator can assign you a GingerLive Account. That administrator may require you to follow other rules and may access or disable your GingerLive Account.
GingerLive Service Contents
GingerLive helps brands, individuals and agencies to create and run advertising campaigns using the visual they want on screens of GingerLive-affiliated livestreamers.
You must own the intellectual property rights of the images and information you upload to our platform.
GingerLive does not have to control the image and campaign information uploaded to the platform. This is your responsibility, and if deemed appropriate, if a campaign is detected by us, your campaign may be deleted and your account can be deactivated.
Advertising agreements cannot be made with live broadcasters within GingerLive through a communication channel other than GingerLive.
Campaign images, campaign information, company logos and information, campaign statistics uploaded to our platform can be used by GingerLive in their own advertising campaigns and presentations.
If you believe someone is violating your intellectual property rights, you can email us at [email protected] about the infringement.
Some of our services allow you to access content owned by other individuals or organizations. For example, a live stream image or video where your ad appears. You may not use this content without the consent of that person or entity, or in any manner not permitted by law. The opinions expressed by other people or organizations in their content are their own and do not always reflect the views of GingerLive.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify both GingerLive and its directors, officers, employees and contractors if third parties take legal action (including that of government officials) for or for your unlawful use of the Services or violation of these terms. This indemnification covers any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, court orders, fines, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.
If you are legally exempt from certain obligations (including compensation), those obligations do not apply to you under these terms. For example, the United Nations is immune from certain legal obligations, and these terms do not override those immunities.
GingerLive will not be liable for:
- Loss of profit, income, business opportunity, reputation or anticipated savings
- Indirect or consequential damage
- Punitive damages
Removal of your content
If we reasonably believe that your content (1) violates these terms, (2) violates applicable law, or (3) may cause harm to our users, third parties or GingerLive, we reserve the right to remove some or all of that content in accordance with applicable law. This includes pornographic content featuring children, content that facilitates human trafficking or harassment, content with terrorist intent, and content that violates another's intellectual property rights.
Suspension or termination of your access to GingerLive services
GingerLive reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services or delete your GingerLive Account if:
- if you violate these terms materially or repeatedly
- if we need to do so to comply with a legal obligation or court order
- if we reasonably believe that your behavior harms or imposes liability on a user, third party or GingerLive (e.g., by hacking, phishing, exploiting, spamming), misleading others, or your own using non-aggregated content)
If you believe your GingerLive Account has been suspended or terminated by mistake, you can appeal at [email protected].
You can stop using our services at any time. If you stop using a service, we'd be happy to learn why. Because that way, we can continue to improve our services.
Prohibited content
Counterfeit products
GingerLive does not allow the sale or promotion of counterfeit products. Counterfeit products contain trademarks or logos that are identical or barely distinguishable from another's trademark. These products mimic the brand features of that product to look like the original product of the brand owner. This policy applies to advertising, website or app content.
Dangerous goods or services
We want to help users stay safe both online and offline. Therefore, we do not allow the advertising of products or services that may cause damage or injury.
Examples of dangerous content: Recreational drugs (chemical or herbal); psychoactive substances; materials that facilitate drug use; weapons, ammunition, explosives and fireworks; guidelines for the preparation of explosives and other harmful products; tobacco products
Allowing dishonest behavior
Being honest and fair is important to us. Therefore, we do not allow the promotion of products or services designed to provide opportunities for dishonest behavior.
Examples of products or services that allow dishonest behavior include: pirated software or instructions; services designed to artificially increase advertising or website traffic; forged documents; academic fraud services
Inappropriate Content
We value diversity, respect others, and take great care not to offend users. That's why we don't allow ads or targets that show shocking content or promote hatred, intolerance, discrimination or violence.
Examples of offensive or inappropriate content: bullying or threatening an individual or group, racial discrimination, products related to a hate group, clear pictures of crime or accident scenes, animal cruelty, murder, self-harm, extortion or blackmail, sale or trade of endangered species, advertisements using inappropriate language
Inappropriate Language
Items that use inappropriate or offensive language
- Items with obscene or offensive language that users may not welcome
- Language that incites hatred against individuals or groups, encourages discrimination or is insulting to individuals or groups in connection with systemic discrimination
Negative events and images
Violent and criminal content that references uncensored violence, weapons, illegal activities and does not clearly indicate the media source
Items that contain sad, disgusting, or disturbing content, or scary content about injury, death, or decomposed bodies
Examples:
- Dangerous movements that can cause bodily injury or encourage imitation of the action, such as dangerous competitions
- Dramatized or animated content that is extremely scary or realistic
- Funerals that show people crying, grieving or screaming
Unsuitable content
Items that focus on specific body areas or health conditions
Examples:
- Medical or dental surgical procedures that show blood, gut, scum, bodily fluids, or dental caries
- Highlighting body areas (e.g. zooming in on belly fat)
Banned practices
Abuse of the ad network
We want GingerLive ads to be useful, diverse, relevant, and safe for users. Ads, content or targets that try to cheat or circumvent our ad review process are not allowed.
Examples of ad network abuse include: promoting content that contains malware; using the "cloaking" technique or other techniques to hide the true destination to which users are directed; promoting "arbitrage" or targets designed solely or primarily to display advertisements; promoting "bridge" or "gateway" destinations designed solely to divert users elsewhere; posting advertisements solely or primarily for the purpose of gaining public social network support from users; tweaking or "fooling" the system to circumvent our policy review systems
Data collection and use
We want users to trust us that their information will be respected and processed with due care. Therefore, our advertising partners should not misuse this information and collect it for unclear purposes, without explanation or security measures.
Note that other policies may also apply when you take advantage of remarketing and personalized advertising that includes custom audiences.
Examples of user information that require attention: Full name; E-mail address; post adress; phone number; national identification number, retirement number, social security number, tax number, health card number or driver's license number; date of birth or mother's maiden name in addition to the above information; financial situation; political ties; sexual orientation; racial or ethnic origin; religion
Examples of irresponsible data collection and use: Receiving credit card information through an unsecured server, promotions claiming to know a user's sexual orientation or financial status, violation of our policies applicable to interest-based advertising and remarketing
Misrepresentation
We want users to trust the ads on our platform. That's why we strive to ensure that ads are clear, contain accurate information, and provide the information users need to make an informed decision. We do not allow ads or targets that deceive users by providing misleading information about products, services or businesses by not providing relevant product information.
Examples of misrepresentation include: not specifying or hiding billing information, such as how, when and how much users will be charged; fail to disclose or hide fees associated with financial services, such as interest rates, fees, and penalties; fail to show a tax or license number, contact information, or relevant postal address; making offers that do not actually exist; making misleading or unrealistic claims about weight loss or financial gain; fundraising under false pretenses; "phishing" or claiming to be a reputable company to gather valuable personal or financial information from users
Country-based prohibited/restricted practices
Sexual content
Examples of restricted sexual content: Visible genitalia and female breasts, erotic dating, sex toys, strip clubs, obscene live chat, and models in sexual poses.
Alcohol
We comply with local alcohol laws and industry standards. Therefore, we do not allow certain types of alcohol-related advertising for both alcohol and alcoholic beverages. Some types of alcohol-related ads are allowed, provided they comply with the policy, do not target minors, and only target countries where alcohol ads are expressly allowed to be shown.
Examples of restricted spirits: Beer, wine, sake, distilled or spirits, champagne, spirits, non-alcoholic beer, non-alcoholic wine, and distilled soft drinks
Copyright
We comply with local copyright laws and protect the rights of copyright holders. Therefore, we do not allow advertisements that are not authorized to use copyrighted content. If you see unauthorized content, send a copyright complaint to [email protected].
Prize games and gambling
Examples of restricted gambling content: Real-site casinos; sites where users can place poker, bingo, roulette or sports bets; national or private lotteries; sites that collect sports betting odds; sites that offer bonus codes or promotional offers for gambling sites; online educational materials for casino games; sites that offer "poker for fun" games; Sites that play games for money without being affiliated with casinos
Health services and medicines
We comply with health and pharmaceutical advertising regulations. Therefore, we expect ads and targets to comply with applicable laws and industry standards. Review local regulations for the regions you want to target.
Political content
Advertisers may not post political or political ads.
Examples of political content: Promotion of political parties or candidates, advocating a political issue
Financial services
We want users to have enough information to make informed financial decisions. Our policies are designed to provide the user with the information necessary to understand the costs of financial products and services and to protect users against harmful or deceptive practices. For the purpose of this policy, products and services (including personalized advice) related to the management or investment of money and cryptocurrencies are considered financial products and services.
When promoting financial products and services, you must comply with national and local regulations in any region or country your ads target (for example, certain disclosures must be made as required by local law). Keep in mind, however, that advertisers should do their own research into local regulations for any location their ads are targeting.
Terms for kid-only content
Advertisers cannot serve personalized ads on content set as made for kids.
Technical and content requirements
We want to run ads that engage users but are not annoying or difficult to interact with. That's why we've developed contextual terms to help your ads continue to engage users. There are also technical terms we have developed to help users and advertisers get the most out of the various ad formats we offer.
Content
To deliver a quality user experience, GingerLive requires that all ads, assets, and targets meet high standards of professionalism and content. Only ads that have a clear and professional appearance and that drive users to content that is relevant, useful, and easily interactable are allowed.
Examples of content-related and non-professional promotions:
• Overly generic ads with vague phrases such as "buy items here"
• attention-grabbing use of words, numbers, letters, punctuation marks and symbols (eg FREE, f-r-e-e and FREE!!)

To help you deliver engaging and professional-looking ads along with a quality user experience, we only allow promotions that meet certain requirements for each ad.
Statement of responsibility
GingerLive Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş uses technology and API's of but is not affiliated with platforms that provide live broadcasting services such as Twitch, Youtube, Kick, Facebook Gaming ,Trovo, and has no affiliation or business agreement with these companies.
GingerLive works with a performance-oriented pricing system. In case of financial grievances due to problems that may occur with the above companies, GingerLive refunds the balances of the advertisers in the system.
Dispute resolution, applicable law and courts

All disputes arising from or related to these terms or related services will be governed by Turkish laws (conflict of law rules will not be taken into account). These disputes will be settled only in Turkish courts, and both GingerLive and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If certain disputes cannot be resolved in Turkish courts under applicable local laws, you can apply to your local courts for these disputes. Similarly, if applicable local law prevents your local court from applying Turkish law to resolve these disputes, those disputes will be governed by the applicable local laws of your country, state or other place of residence.
